The challenge
An app that didn’t match the device
The client needed a visual refresh to align the companion app with the premium design of their hydration device. The existing app lacked polish, modern aesthetics and intuitive workflows — limiting adoption and engagement.
What I did
Audit the journey, refresh the surface
A UX audit surfaced friction in onboarding, device pairing and hydration tracking. I simplified navigation and restructured the information hierarchy so key actions took minimal steps, then refined goal-setting and progress tracking to make hydration insights motivating.
